Men's Basketball To Honor Franklin "Lindy" Lindeburg Saturday, January 8

Riverside—Join the UC Riverside Men's Basketball Team on Saturday, January 8 as the Highlanders honor the life and career of the team's first head coach and long-time athletics director and university contributor Dr. Franklin "Lindy" Lindeburg.
The celebration begins with a dinner at the Alumni & Visitors Center at 5 pm PT followed by the men's basketball game at the Student Recreation Center vs. Cal State Fullerton at 7:30 pm.
At halftime, the jersey number 54—the year the university was founded, and Lindy's first year at UC Riverside—will be retired in Lindy's honor.
