UC Riverside Men’s Basketball to Host Tipoff Dinner Oct. 29

RIVERSIDE, Calif. – UC Riverside men's basketball will officially kick off the 2026-27 season with its annual Tipoff Dinner on Thursday, Oct. 29, at Loft 84 in downtown Riverside.
The evening will begin at 6 p.m. and provide fans, alumni and supporters an opportunity to connect with the Highlanders ahead of the upcoming season.
"The tipoff dinner is a special event for our program," said coach Gus Argenal. "We look forward to showcasing our team and spending an evening with our supporters. We have a terrific group of talented young men and we can't wait for the season to begin!"
Guests will have the opportunity to meet head coach Argenal, the men's basketball coaching staff and members of the 2026-27 team while enjoying an evening celebrating UC Riverside basketball and the start of a new season.
The Tipoff Dinner will bring together the Highlander community as UCR prepares to take the court for the 2026-27 campaign.
