UCR Travels To UCI Thursday For Final Regulation Road Game

Game Notes - UC Riverside at UC Irvine
The UC Riverside women’s basketball team travels to UC Irvine on Thursday, Feb. 18 at 7:00 pm for its final regular season road contest of the year.
Fans not in attendance may listen to the play-by-play as the Voice of the Highlanders, Ghizal Hasan, calls the beginning at 6:55 pm.
The Highlanders have defeated the Anteaters in each of the last seven meetings and own the all-time series record 26-12.
UC Irvine has dropped the last three straight games after winning four-of-five prior to its skid. Mikah Maly-Karros leads the squad averaging double-figures in scoring (19.9 ppg) and rebounding (12.0 ppg).
The Highlanders are coming off a 58-51 loss at Cal Poly on Saturday, but the team has won eight of the past 10 games.
Junior Alyssa Morris leads UCR with 12.8 points per game and is averaging 14.3 in Big West play.
