Women's Basketball Hosts Northern Arizona Sunday At 2 PM PT

Riverside—The UC Riverside Women's Basketball Team has won four of its past five games and looks to add on to that as Northern Arizona heads to the SRC Arena on Sunday, December 2 for a 2 pm PT tip.

The Highlanders rebounded from a four-point loss to Princeton on November 23 (box score/recap) with a 71-65 victory over Pac-12 Washington State on Wednesday (box score/recap/video). The win avenged a 39-point loss to the Cougars from a year ago (box score/recap).

Tre'Shonti Nottingham paces the nation averaging 25.3 points per game, while freshman Brittany Crain is third in the league with a 17.3 scoring average.

Northern Arizona is 1-6 entering Sunday's game following a 55-54 win over fellow Big West Conference foe Cal State Fullerton on Friday. Amy Patton leads the team in scoring and is second in the country with 23.4 points per game.

The Lumberjacks own the all-time series record against UCR, 4-2 (view all-time results), including winning the last meeting, 67-59, on November 13, 2011 (box score/recap/video).
