Matadors Earn 6-1 Victory Over UCR Women's Tennis

Riverside, CA - The UC Riverside Women's Tennis Team got back to Big West Conference play Sunday afternoon with a 6-1 loss to Cal State Northridge at Andulka Park.

In doubles, the Matadors won 8-5 at numbers one and two, and 8-2 at number three to earn the first point of the day.

In singles, CSUN won five of the six matches to secure the victory. UCR's Taylor Raney defeated Sabrina Mah-Jon-Hing 6-3, 6-1 at number two for the Highlanders lone point of the match.

Next up for UC Riverside is a road trip to Las Vegas, NV for two matches beginning March 8.
