McKay Wins At #4 Singles For Women's Tennis In 6-1 Loss At Pacific

Stockton, CA - The UC Riverside Women's Tennis Team returned from a three-week break Friday afternoon falling 6-1 to Pacific in Big West Conference play.

The Highlanders were competitive in doubles as the Tigers just barely edged them at numbers one and two with identical 8-6 scores.

In singles, Natalie McKay emerged victorious over Susan Te winning 6-2, 7-6 (5), 11-9 to give UCR its first point of the day. Pacific earned wins in the other five matches, however, to seal the 6-1 victory.

The Highlanders remain on the road traveling to UC Davis on Saturday, April 6 for a 10 am PT match in Davis, CA.
