Santa Barbara, CA - The UC Riverside Volleyball Team dropped a 3-0 decision to UC Santa Barbara on Friday evening by the scores of 25-19, 25-13 and 25-12.
The Highlanders (2-12, 0-2) had a balanced offensive attack as three players recorded five kills: Alex Gresham, Helena Peric, and Ashley Cox. Jaylen Villanueva and Taylor Britton both had 10 kills to lead the Gauchos (7-6, 2-0).
UCR continues its road trip at Cal Poly on Saturday, October 4 at 7 pm PT in San Luis Obispo, CA.
