Box Score Riverside, CA—The UC Riverside Women's Basketball Team evened its Big West record at 3-3 Saturday night with an 82-78 victory over visiting Cal Poly. The Highlanders also welcomed back second-leading scorer Simone DeCoud who missed the previous six games with an injury.
The Highlanders started the game by missing their first four field goal attempts, and found themselves down 7-0. UCR finally got on the board almost two-and-a-half minutes into the contest thanks to a three-pointer by freshman Michelle Curry.
