Men's Golf Tees Off Monday At Bill Cullum Invitational

Simi Valley, CA—The UC Riverside Men's Golf Team tees off for its second tournament of the 2015-16 season Monday at CSUN's Bill Cullum Invitational beginning at 8 am PT.

Joining the Highlanders at the invitational are Boise State, Cal Poly, Cal State Fullerton, Hawai'i, Long Beach State, Loyola Marymount, Northern Colorado, Pepperdine, Santa Clara, Seattle, Southern Utah, UC Irvine, UC Santa Barbara and Utah State.

Wood Ranch Golf Club in Simi Valley, California plays host to the invitational. The 6,819 yard course is a par 72. Each team will play 36 holes on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday.

UC Riverside won the Bill Cullum Invitational back in 2010, while Brandon Hillpot was the individual champion at the invitational back in 2001.

The Highlanders began their season two weeks ago finishing fifth at the Wyoming Cowboy Southern Dunes Intercollegiate (story).
