
Women's Tennis Plays Three Matches At Home This Week

Riverside—The UC Riverside Women's Tennis team hosts three matches this week over two days, March 4-5.

The Highlanders are 3-6 on the season and are led by a trio of players with four singles wins apiece—Karla Dulay, Natalie Penner and Chloe Pham.

Tamila Vaksman and Dulay lead the squad with seven wins in doubles on the season—three in dual matches and four in tournament play.

Friday they will take on Toledo at 2:30 pm in the SRC Tennis Center. The Rockets are 4-5 on the season and are coming off a 5-2 victory over Detroit Mercy on Saturday.

Saturday, at 10 am they will entertain Villanova on the last stop on their west coast swing, which included matches at Costa Mesa and Cal State LA. The Wildcats are 2-3 on the season. Following the Villanova match, they will resume Big West play with a match against the Aggies of UC Davis in an 3 pm start time.Â
