Honolulu, Hawaii.— The UC Riverside Women's Tennis Team (5-17) fell 5-1 on the road to conference foe Hawaii (9-6) Saturday morning.
The match began with the singles round and due to weather doubles play was canceled.
The Highlanders took a match by default on court five and the Rainbow Wahine grabbed five singles wins to take the 5-1 win in the overall match.
Senior Chloe Pham battled back after dropping the first set to win the second, but fell in the tiebreaker to Klara Pribylova 6-1, 4-6, 10-6 on court four.
The Highlanders will now have a week off until their regular season finale at UC Irvine next Saturday at 11:00 AM.
