Riverside, Calif.-The UC Riverside Women's Basketball team celebrated the careers of seniors Jalyn Clay, Marina Ewodo, Jannon Otto and Skyler Lewis after their matchup against CSUN. The Highlanders fell, 74-49, to the Matadors in their 2019-20 season finale at the SRC Arena.

Jannon Otto (Victorville, CA) capped off her UCR with 18 points, six rebounds and three assists. Marina Ewodo (Pau, France) finished her career with five points, nine rebounds, three blocks and a pair of assists.

Senior Jalyn Clay (Houston, TX) made her presence known with a key rebound and put back at the first half buzzer. Skyler Lewis (Grand Terrace, CA), who was hobbled by an injury, stepped onto the SRC Arena in the game's final minute.

"This is a very special group of young ladies that will positively impact their communities and the world with their special gifts and talent. Despite the ups and downs this season had, I have truly enjoyed every aspect of it." said Head Coach Seyram Bell.

Daphne Gnago nearly tallied a double-double to closeout her sophomore campaign. She had 11 points and nine rebounds in 23 minutes of action for the Highlanders.
