LAS VEGAS - UC Riverside is in third after 36 holes at the Big West Championships, and Tiffany Le is tied for second while Nicole Le is tied for ninth. UCR is eight strokes out of first after shooting a 304 on day two and holds a three-shot lead over fourth-place Cal State Fullerton. 

Tiffany shot a 75 (+3) in Monday's second round with birdies on one and 11, while Nicole shot a 76 (+4). 

Vanessa Betancourt shot eight spots up the leaderboard into a tie for 12th after shooting a 74 (+2) with three birdies and an eagle on 11. 

Betancourt and Mylan Hirata both birdied 18 to close out the day. 

The Highlanders will look for their second straight top-three finish at the Big West Championships with Monday's third round.
