DAVIS, Calif. - UC Riverside continued the road trip further up the Pacific Coast on Tuesday afternoon with a 3-0 loss to UC Davis at University Credit Union Center.  

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• Set one featured just one tie score at 1-1 despite the Highlanders falling just 25-23. UCR went on an 11-5 run in set one to keep tabs on Davis. 
• Sydnee Rowe put down four kills on five swings in set two for an .800 clip while collecting a dig and a block assist in the frame. Rowe was instrumental in UCR hitting .286 in set two.  
• Fatigue settled in for both sides in set three as the Highlanders held UC Davis to a .162 hitting percentage.  
• Trinity Sheridan closed the match with six of her 10 kills in set three while adding an assist, a dig and a block assist.  

NOTABLES 

• Sheridan returned to double-digit kills with 10 against the Aggies.
