PHOENIX, Ariz. - UC Riverside men's tennis traveled east for an Arizona doubleheader on Tuesday with a 6-0 loss to Grand Canyon and a 7-0 win over Ottawa. 

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• Joshua Roth and Justin Lamy were relentless at No. 1 doubles, falling in a tie break after a 6-6 tie. 
• Aarav Sane rebounded from a set one loss at No. 5 singles and grabbed a 6-2 to win in set two to tie his opponent, but went unfinished while being tied 3-3 in set three.  
• UCR snagged a trio of 6-1 doubles wins over Ottawa before securing all six singles wins in straight set fashion.  

HIGHLANDER HIGHLIGHTS 

• Lamy and Joey Zhou both locked up their singles victories with 6-0, 6-0 victories at No. 2 and No. 6, respectively.

• UC Riverside returns to action on Monday, February 19 to host Azusa Pacific. First serve is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. at the SRC Tennis Courts.
