RIVERSIDE, Calif. - UC Riverside hosted its annual Pink Game on Saturday afternoon at the SRC Arena with a 74-63 win over Cal Poly.  

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• UCR shot 50% through the first media break with buckets from Makayla Rose, Gemma Cutler and Hannah Wickstrom.  
• Seneca Hackley joined the scoring party with a corner three that broke a nearly two-minute scoring drought.  
• Shelley Duchemin stole an inbound pass under the basket and put in the quick two to cut the deficit to five.  
• Zoe Tillery finished off the Highlanders' first-half performance with a jumper at the buzzer, cutting Cal Poly's halftime lead to 35-30. Hackley opened the second half just as quick with a three on UCR's first possession out of the break.  
• Hackley connected again just before the third quarter media break to make it a one-possession game.  
• Duchemin gave UCR its first lead of the afternoon with a pair of free throws late in the third quarter. The freebies came on the tail end of a 14-2 run that UCR closed the third quarter with. 

NOTABLES 

• Duchemin recorded her first 20-point game as a Highlander and UCR's third this season. The Northern Colorado transfer registered 20 points on 8-of-15 shooting, adding six rebounds, two assists and a steal.  
• UCR shot over 50% for the third time this season, shooting 51.7% from the floor against the Mustangs.
