Busy weekend awaits UC Riverside in first weekend of May
RIVERSIDE, Calif – Another busy weekend awaits UCR Athletics as the calendar turns to May.Â
UC Riverside Track & Field continues to wind down the regular season, as Big West Women's Field Athlete of the Week Chelsea Aninyei and the Highlanders travel to Irvine for the Steve Scott Invitational on Friday and Saturday.Â
Highlander Softball and Baseball hit the road for more Big West action against UC Davis and CSUN, respectively. Softball begins action in Northern California with a Friday doubleheader and a single game on Saturday, while Baseball takes the field on Friday, Saturday and Sunday in Northridge.Â
