Tina Pitts joined UCR Athletics in July of 2026 as the Financial and Budget Analyst after 12 years as the Associate Director of Business and Finance at UCLA Athletics.

Pitts oversaw the departmental financial operations at UCLA while generating and analyzing financial reports for audits, quarterly reviews, and special research assignments.

She was previously an Olympic Sports Assistant with the Bruins from 2008-14, providing administrative support for 12 Olympic athletics programs with regards to procurement, event coordination, and alumni communications. Pitts also served as a Business and Finance Coordinator (2006-08) and Athletics Facilities Assistant (2003-06) in her time at UCLA.

Pitts graduated from UCLA in 2006.
