SRC Tennis Courts
The UC Riverside Highlanders men’s and women’s tennis teams compete at the UCR Student Recreation Center Tennis Courts.Â
The SRC Tennis Courts underwent a facelift beginning in the 2012-13 academic year as part of a larger renovation of the Student Recreation Center. That project included an indoor climbing wall, an indoor track, a pool, a multi-activity court and newly renovated weight rooms.
The SRC houses six tennis courts. Bleachers located adjacent to the other courts can hold as many as 750 spectators. A second set of courts are used for pickleball.Â
UC Riverside pride is evident with the Highlanders' blue courts and blue windscreens and the courts are adorned with the names of former UCR tennis greats, another example of UCR’s rich tennis tradition.
The SRC features state-of–the-art weight and cardio equipment, a rock wall and boulder (The Rock), a recreational/lap swimming pool, a spa, a Multi-Activity Court (MAC) Gym, our Arena lower and upper courts, five Multi-Purpose Rooms (MPR), tennis, racquetball and squash courts, an indoor track, a classroom kitchen, conference and training rooms, Glen Mor fields, the Blaine Sports Complex, and our amazing Challenge Course.Â
