Game Notes - UC Riverside at Miami
The UC Riverside women’s basketball team is halfway through its four-game cross-country road trip after wins against Pac-10 schools Washington and Oregon on Dec. 12 and 14 respectively.
The Highlanders now head to South Beach to take on the Miami Hurricanes on Saturday, Dec. 18 at 2pm PST before concluding the trip with a game at Missouri on Dec. 21.

The Hurricanes are 9-1 on the season and have three players averaging double-figures offensively, led by Riquna Williams 20.5 points per game.
Last season, UM defeated UCR 86-63 in Riverside on Nov. 13, 2009 — the only meeting between the teams in program history.
The Highlanders 6-2 start to the 2010-11 season marks their best-ever start in the Division I history of the program.
Alyssa Morris leads a balanced UCR offensive attack averaging 11.6 ppg while four others average 8.0 or more points a game.
