Riverside—The UC Riverside Women’s Basketball Team hosts Cal State Fullerton on Saturday, January 12 at 5 pm PT in the SRC Arena for the team’s lone Big West matchup of the week.
The Highlanders are still searching for their first win in conference play, most recently dropping games to Hawai’i, 65-50 (box score/recap), and Cal State Northridge, 65-49 (box score/recap).
Cal State Fullerton is 5-9 overall heading into Saturday’s game and has won three of its past four contests, including an 83-74 defeat of Hawai’i to open Big West play. Chante Miles is the lone Titans player to average double-figure scoring, pacing the squad with 13.7 points per game.
UCR own the all-time series mark against the Titans, 22-17 (view all-time results), but Cal State Fullerton won the last meeting between these teams, 66-43, on February 22, 2012 (box score/recap).
