Women's Tennis Wraps Up Home Slate Against UC Irvine Friday And Cal Poly Sunday

Riverside, CA—The UC Riverside Women's Tennis Team wraps up its 2013 home schedule this weekend with a pair of Big West Conference matches at Andulka Park. The Highlanders host #31 UC Irvine on Friday, April 12 at 1 pm PT followed by a Sunday, April 14 match against Cal Poly at 10:30 am.

The Highlanders dropped each of their last three league matches by identical 6-1 scores, and are still searching for their first conference win of the season.

The Anteaters are a perfect 6-0 in Big West play and boast an overall record of 17-3. Their number one singles player is ranked 92nd nationally while number one doubles is 66th.

The Mustangs are 3-16 overall and 1-6 in conference play and compete at Long Beach State Saturday before playing UCR.
