College Hoops Daily Names Sam Finley As Big West 6th Man Of The Year

Riverside—College Hoops Daily handed out the hardware for the 2013-14 Men's Basketball season, and selected UC Riverside's Sam Finley as the Big West Conference's 6th Man of the Year (read the release).
The freshman was the team's second-leading scorer at 12.5 points per game, and in league-only games, Finley averaged a team-best 15.2 ppg. He recorded 12 straight double-digit scoring games from December 29, 2013 - February 8, 2014, and scored in double-figures in 19 of 30 games.
Finley scored a career high 27 points in a 93-89 overtime loss at Cal State Northridge on January 30 (box score/recap).
