Riverside—UC Riverside is hosting the 2015 Big West Track & Field Championships this season, and two-day passes to the second weekend of competition, May 15-16, are now available for
purchase online. Cost of a two-day pass is $20 for adults, and $10 for children, seniors and students who attend the nine participating schools.
Fans may attend the Multi-Events on May 8-9 free of charge, and single-day passes for May 15 and 16 are available at the door for $12 for adults and $7 for children, seniors and students (

The Highlanders Women's Team is ranked 10th in the West Region and 89th in the nation following last weekend's performance at the UCSD Triton Invitational. That is the highest ranking among all Big West Conference Teams, and the best national mark for UC Riverside since the 2011 campaign.
The Men's Team is 14th in the Region, behind only Long Beach State (6th) and UC Santa Barbara (12th) among conference foes.
Five members of the Highlanders are ranked in the Top 25 nationally—Faith Makau (2:05.93, 20th in the 800m), Raquel Hefflin (2:06.10, 25th in the 800m), Seth Totten (13:51.20, 12th in the 5,000m), Danielle Littleton (20' 5", 20th in the Long Jump) and Breana Jemison (54' 3.25, 16th in the Shot Put).
