Austin, TX—The UC Riverside Track & Field Teams are sending 15 student-athletes to the NCAA West Preliminary Championship in Austin, Texas this week beginning Thursday, May 28.

Athletes who rank among the top 48 in their respective event earn berths into the NCAA West Preliminary Round. The best 24 relay times also advanced to NCAA prelims. Athletes with the top 12 times/marks and the best 12 relay teams at both the East and West prelims will qualify for the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Oregon, June 10-13.
