Fullerton, CA— The UC Riverside Volleyball Team (9-12,1-8) was looking to beat Cal State Fullerton (5-18, 1-9) for the second time this season, but fell on the road three sets to one.

SET ONE (25-23, CSF)
Key Runs: UC Riverside led 13-6, but Cal State Fullerton scored 10 of the next 13 points to tie the score at 16. the gap to zero at 16-16. The Titans prevailed, winning six of the final ten points in the set.

SET TWO (25-22, UCR)
Key Runs: Tied at 15, the Highlanders scored six of the next seven points to take control of the set and tie the match.

SET THREE (25-14, CSF)
Key Runs: Tied at four, the Titans won the next eight of nine points to take a lead which they would never relinquish. 

SET FOUR (25-15, CSF)
Key Runs: Trailing 4-3, Cal State Fullerton scored the next four points to take the lead. The Titans closed out the set, and the match, by winning 10 of the final 15 points..

GAME NOTES
Chelsea Doyle led the team with 42 assists. Doyle now has 2,571 career assists, and passed Laura Ratto in fifth place on UC Riverside's career assist leaders list. (Career Records)

Nicole Rodriguez led the Highlanders with 18 digs. Rodriguez now has double-digit digs in 19 of the 21 matches this season.

Brooke Callahan led the Highlanders with 14 kills, achieving double-digit kills for the seventh time this season.

Yuliya Ushakova recorded double-digit kills for the second time this year, tying her season-high with 11.
