Luxembourg—UC Riverside's all-time leading three-point shooter, Jaylen Bland ('16), recently signed a professional contract to play for AB Contern in Luxembourg for the 2017-18 campaign.

Last season, Bland played in the D-League for the Salt Lake City Stars after being drafted 15th overall in the first round. He went on to play in 39 games with the Stars, averaging 5.7 points and 2.1 rebounds.

At UC Riverside, Bland was a two-time All-Big West honoree, and rewrote the program's long-range record books setting program records for made three pointers in a season with 118, and career made three pointers with 213.

He finished his senior season ranked third in the nation in made three-pointers per game, leading the Highlanders in scoring, steals, three-point field goal percentage and free throw percentage.
