Men's Soccer Battles #17 Omaha, But Falls 1-0

Omaha, NE—The UC Riverside Men's Soccer Team (0-4-0) gave 17th-ranked Omaha (5-0-0) all it could handle, Friday evening, but a Mavericks goal in the 64th minute was the only score in Omaha's 1-0 victory.
GAME NOTES
The Highlanders have been shut out in three of four matches this season, and in seven of their last 10 matches dating back to last year
The loss was UC Riverside's 10th in a row, which is the second longest streak in the program's Division I history. The 2001 team lost 11 straight games. The Highlanders last win came on October 12 of last year in a 3-0 shutout of UC Irvine.
Eleven of the Highlanders last 12 losses have been by one goal.
