Connor Cannon. The offense combined to score 41 runs in four games this past week on the road.

Connor Cannon powered his way to a second straight Big West Baseball Field Player of the Week award. Cannon hit .588 (10-for-17) with five extra base hits, including three home runs in the New Mexico series, and finished the week with a 1.235 slugging percentage. He posted his second multi-homer game of the season with a pair of jacks in an 18-10 win at New Mexico on Friday. In that game, he set the school record for single-game RBI with eight. He extended his hitting streak to 17-game hitting streak.

The Highlanders only came away with one victory but all their losses were by one run. The team battled and lost a heartbreaker at LMU losing in extra innings and then falling in the eighth on Friday at New Mexico. The team outscored their opponents 41-36 on the week. Cannon set a school record with eight RBI in a game on Thursday. He finished the week batting .588 with three home runs and 11 RBI.
