DAVIS, Calif. - An early goal by the University of California, Riverside (UCR) Highlanders wasn't enough to overcome the UC Davis Aggies in the final road game of the 2022 season.

McKenzie Moore knocked UCR's only goal of the game in the top center of the net off her right foot in the 9', assisted by teammate Natza Marin.

The Highlanders held their lead until 14' when the Aggies scored an equalizer into the upper right corner of the goal, tying the game 1-1.

UC Davis converted an opportunity later in the first half, taking the lead 2-1.

In the final ten minutes of play, the Aggies scored another into the bottom left of the goal, lifting UC Davis up 3-1, what would be the final score.

The Highlanders return home to host CSUN for senior day next week, Thursday, October 27, at 7:30 PM.
