Zyon Pullin Named College Insider Player of the Week

RIVERSIDE, Calif. - Zyon Pullin has been named Lou Henson Player of the Week by College Insiders after an impressive week at the Vegas 4 at the Dollar Loan Center in Henderson.
Already a two-time Big West Player of the Week honoree, Pullin's selection comes after being selected to the Big West Men's Basketball Preseason Team.
Pullin averaged 22.3 points, 4.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while going 56 percent from the floor, 4 of 5 from the perimeter and 17 of 21 from the free throw line. The Bay Area native put up 20 points in two of his three contests in Vegas, beginning with a career-high 27 against Weber State in the opener.
13 of his 17 makes from the charity stripe came in the Highlanders' finale against Abilene Christian the day before Thanksgiving, helping the Highlanders put a bow on an impressive week that improved them to 5-2 after a 3-0 week.
