LA JOLLA, Calif. - UC Riverside posted its lowest round of the tournament on Tuesday afternoon at Torrey Pines Golf Course to close out the UC San Diego Intercollegiate.  

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• Josh Hu and Chanhee Ryu both shot 72 (E) in round three with four combined birdies. 
• Ryu began on 12 and was 1-under until bogeying the sixth hole. The sophomore bogeyed six and eight before carding an eagle on nine.  
• Mark Gao started his day on 14 and went 1-under up until the third hole.  

HIGHLANDER HIGHLIGHTS 

• The Highlanders tied with two other schools atop the 17-team field with a 4.68 stroke average on par 5 scoring. 
• UCR was one of five schools in the field with multiple eagles at Torrey Pines.

• UC Riverside continues its season on April 1 and 2 at the Redhawk Invitational as hosted by Seattle University from Chambers Bay Golf Course.
