RIVERSIDE, Calif. – Today UC Riverside released the
2026 baseball schedule. The Highlanders will play 53 games and 29 of them at the Riverside Sports Complex.
The Highlanders kick things off on February 13 when Utah Tech comes to the IE for a four-game wrap around series. UNLV, Wagner and BYU round out the opening nine game home stand for UC Riverside.
The first road trip of the season will take the Highlanders to Orem, Utah for a four-game set against Utah Valley. This will be the last time these two teams meet as non-conference foes as Utah Valley is set to join the Big West Conference next fall.
The first conference series features the UC Davis Aggies from March 6-8. This will be the final time these two teams meet as conference opponents. The Aggies will make the jump to the Mountain West next year. Other Big West teams heading to the IE are: Cal Poly, CSUN, Cal State Bakersfield and UC Irvine.
The Highlanders will face CBU four times in 2026, with each school hosting twice. The Lancers are set to join the conference next fall.
UC Riverside ends the 2026 season on the road at UC Santa Barbara in May. Keep checking back to GoHighlanders.com for more information on Highlander baseball.
