Four-Game Home Stand Concludes Saturday For Women's Basketball

Game Notes - UCR vs. UCI
The UC Riverside women’s basketball team concludes its four-game home stand with a 5:00 pm tip against UC Irvine on Saturday, January 23 at the Student Recreation Center. The home stand has so far been very good to the Highlanders as they have won the past three games by an average of 15 points.

UC Irvine is also on a two-game win streak — their first all year — and heads into the contest with a record of 6-13. The Anteaters have three players in double-figure scoring led by Mikah Maly-Karros’ 16.0 points per game. She also paces UCI with 10.9 rebounds per game.
The Highlanders have five players averaging nine or more points per game led by Alyssa Morris’ 12.3 ppg.
