Women's Basketball Final Homestand Begins Thursday Against Tigers

Game Notes - UC Riverside vs. Pacific
The UC Riverside women’s basketball team has three home games remaining on its regular season docket, beginning with a 7:00 pm contest against Pacific on Thursday, Feb 25 at the Student Rec Center.
Fans who can't make it to the SRC can follow the game via live stats or listen to the play-by-play as the Voice of the Highlanders, Ghizal Hasan, calls the game beginning at 6:55 pm right here at gohighlanders.com.
UCR sits in third place in the Big West standings and is just a game behind first place Cal Poly and half a game out of second place UC Davis coming down the home stretch.
The Tigers have lost 12 of the last 13 games with their lone win in that span coming over then first-place UC Davis on Feb. 11. Christina Thompson is averaging 11.9 points per game and 12.4 in conference play for Pacific.
The Highlanders have won nine of their last 11 games including two four-game winning streaks. They have also won the last six straight games at home.
Alyssa Morris leads four players in double-figure scoring with 13.2 points per game and is also pulling down a team-high 6.5 rebounds per game.
