Baseball Travels To Sin City For Weekday Game At UNLV On Tuesday At 6PM

Coming off a three-game sweep of visiting Cal State Bakersfield over the weekend, the UC Riverside baseball team hits the road for the first of eight straight games away from the Riverside Sports Complex.
The Highlanders (20-13) begin the week with a 6:00 pm game at UNLV on Tuesday, Apr. 27 in Las Vegas, NV. The Rebels have lost the last five straight games but boast a 21-18 overall record. Fans not able to make the trip to Las Vegas may follow live stats or listen to the Rebels broadcast.
Trevor Frank (2-1, 6.82 ERA) gets the midweek start for the Highlanders at UNLV. His last start was on Mar. 23 at San Diego, where he pitched 3.1 innings of work. Since then, Frank has five relief appearances. He will square off with Rebels left-handed pitcher Billy Wardell (1-1, 9.58 ERA) on Tuesday.
The Highlanders then resume Big West Conference play with a three-game series at UC Santa Barbara on Apr. 30-May 2 in Santa Barbara, CA.
