Baseball Hosts UC Davis In Final Big West Conference Series Of Season

UC Riverside vs. UC Davis Game Notes

Riverside—The UC Riverside Baseball Team enters the final weekend of the regular season with three games remaining on the docket, all against Big West Conference rival UC Davis. Friday's game with the Aggies at the Riverside Sports Complex is slated to begin at 6 pm PT. It is also Military Appreciation Night Friday evening as all active, retired, reserve and dependent members of the military will be admitted to the game for free. The March Air Reserve Base Honor Guard will present the colors and Base Commander Col. Karl McGregor will throw out the first pitch.

Fane who are unable to attend the game can listen to The Voice of the Highlanders, Ghizal Hasan, bring the call to gohighlanders.com.

Saturday's game begins at 6 pm and Sunday's season finale gets started at 1 pm. The Highlanders will honor their senior class prior to Sunday's first pitch.

Although the Highlanders chances for a postseason NCAA berth appear to have faded, there are still a number of individual and team records being chased that fans can keep their eyes on over the weekend.
