Women's Basketball Looks To Avenge Earlier Loss At Pacific Saturday

Game Notes - UC Riverside at Pacific
The UC Riverside women’s basketball team has just three games remaining on its 2010-11 docket, all against teams that beat them in the first half of Big West play. The Highlanders will look to avenge a 62-59 loss to the Pacific Tigers as they travel to Stockton, CA on Saturday, February 26 for a 4:00 pm game.

The Highlanders took sole possession of third place in the league standings after their 74-62 win at UC Davis on Thursday.
Tre’Shonti Nottingham scored a game-high 25 points against the Aggies as she continues to pace the Highlanders offensive averaging 12.8 points per game. Alyssa Morris is right behind scoring 12.4 a game, while Brittany Waddell averages 11.0 and Rhaya Neabors 10.6.
Pacific is led offensively by Danielle Peacon and Jordan Rogers, who both average double digit scoring. The Tigers have lost the last three straight and five of six in Big West play.
