Lone Matchup Of The Week Pits Highlanders At Cal State Fullerton Saturday At 3 PM PT

Fullerton, CA—The UC Riverside Women's Basketball Team opens up the second half of Big West Conference play with just one game this week, traveling to Cal State Fullerton on Saturday, February 9 for a 3 pm PT tip.

The Highlanders went 1-1 last week with a 45-42 victory at UC Santa Barbara (box score/recap) and a 79-56 loss at Cal Poly (box score/recap). With the loss, UCR dropped into a tie for eighth place in the Big West standings with a 3-6 record.

After opening league play with a 3-1 mark, the Titans have dropped five straight conference games by an average of 22 points. Chante Miles paces the squad averaging 11.1 points per game.
