SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - UC Riverside continued the 2025 outdoor season on Wednesday and Thursday at the UCSB Multis.  

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• Taylor Oden finished seventh and Samantha Walsten finished eighth in the women's heptathlon.  
• Oden placed fourth in the 100mH (15.30) and high jump (1.48m/4-10.25). 
• Walsten finished seventh in the 100mH (15.58), 200 (27.25), long jump (4.77/15-7.75) and 800 (2:45.64).  

NOTABLES 

• Both freshmen made their collegiate heptathlon debuts.
