SOMIS, Calif. — The Highlanders completed play at the Bill Cullum Invitational finishing ninth at Saticoy Country Club.

The Highlanders posted team rounds of 308, 308 and 305 to finish at 921 for the three-round event. Samuel Bonzoumet led UC Riverside, tying for 16th overall at 10-over 226 after closing with a 75 in the final round.

Stephen Luo followed in a tie for 29th at 14-over 230, while Jacob Vazquez finished one stroke back at 15-over 231. Chanhee Ryu rounded out the Highlander lineup, placing 46th at 18-over 234.

The Highlanders return to the course Monday, Feb. 23, in Palm Desert, Calif., to open play at the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate.
