Women's Basketball Heads To Cal State Fullerton Wednesday

With only three games remaining on the docket, the UC Riverside women’s basketball team has just about reached the end of its regular season schedule.
There is still plenty of action left, however, as the Highlanders travel to Cal State Fullerton this Wednesday, February 22 for an important Big West Conference matchup. Tip is scheduled for 7:00 pm at Titan Gym.
Seeding for the Big West Conference Tournament is still up for grabs, and UCR has its fate in its hands heading into Wednesday’s game.
UCR currently sits at 3-11 in league play, slightly ahead of the Titans at 2-10. The Highlanders won the previous meeting between these teams, 69-65, back on January 21, and have won the last five consecutive against them.
Both teams are looking to jump back into the win column, as the Titans have dropped their last five straight, and the Highlanders have lost four in a row.
