10/13/2010 6:54:57 AM | Men's Soccer
Riverside—The UC Riverside Men's Soccer Team is coming off of two tough one-goal losses, and is hopeful that a mid-week trip to UC Davis will get them back on the winning track. The Wednesday, October 13 match is scheduled to begin at 7:15 pm PT and fans who are unable to attend the match may follow along on their computers and mobile devices via GameTracker or the Aggies audio stream.
The Highlanders are 3-7-1 on the year with a 0-3-0 mark in conference while UC Davis enters the match with a 3-8-0 mark and a 1-2-0 record in the Big West.
The teams have faced one another on 10 prior occasions with the Aggies owning an 8-2-0 advantage in the series. UC Davis won last year's meeting by a 2-1 score. Two seasons ago, it was the Highlanders upsetting an Aggies squad that entered the match ranked seventh in the nation.
